You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI food recognition may have limitations and inaccuracies
• You should consult with qualified health professionals for medical advice
• You use the App at your own risk
• We are not responsible for health outcomes resulting from App usage

6. Health Professional Services

Calorie Vita facilitates connections between users and certified health professionals. However:

• Health professionals are independent service providers, not our employees
• We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of professional services
• You are responsible for vetting and choosing appropriate health professionals
• Separate terms and agreements may apply to professional services
